Mabuhay Realty Group is a real estate sales and marketing company legally registered and operating in the State of Connecticut, USA. Our primary service is promoting and selling Philippine real estate properties to foreign investors and overseas Filipino workers residing in the USA and around the world.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Services Provided
Mabuhay Realty Group provides the following services:
Marketing and promotion of Philippine real estate developments
Referral and coordination with licensed Philippine real estate brokers and developers
Assistance in the buying process for eligible overseas and foreign investors
Consultation and support throughout the property acquisition process
Note: Mabuhay Realty Group does not own or directly sell properties. All sales transactions are executed through licensed real estate developers and brokers in the Philippines.

6. International Transactions and Compliance
As our services involve cross-border transactions, clients are responsible for complying with the legal and regulatory requirements of both their country of residence and the Philippines. This includes, but is not limited to, foreign ownership laws, taxation, remittance regulations, and documentation.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Complete all necessary documentation for real estate transactions
Comply with all contractual obligations with partner developers and brokers
Be responsible for payment of applicable taxes, fees, and charges related to the property purchase

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any client relationship or access to our services for any reason, including breach of these Terms, misconduct, or illegal activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Mabuhay Realty Group may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
